Ranger Master II Skill Progression

<P>At lvl 44 I chose Leg Shot Master II (64% snare, yay). I hesitated long before this, and Tripple Fire. I forgot the other 2.</P> <P>Lani</P> <P> </P>

at 44 I chose the hidden fire.... It offered me the biggest damage boost over time in a group but mine was only at adept 1 before this.... blazing thrust actaully offers more damage boost over triple fire (when comparing adept 3 vs master 2).  With the changes to snare having a maximum clumulative snare set at less than 100% I didn't find the increased snare on leg shot to be worth it.... Also it may be hard to do this but for level 34 I HIGHLY reccomend you pick the arrow summons, that will keep you in constant supply of arrows and everythign else you can pick has upgrades that are better at adept 1 or 3 by far in your 40's. At 54 you'll get to pick from Dire blade (wooo), Backup Quiver, Fatal Reminder and Stealthy fire... They are ALL quite impressive choices but I'd pass on backup quiver automatically, and really break it down to either dire blade (my personal choice) or stealthy fire for a BIG hit... stealthy master 2 with 171 str on beta was 1562-2603 damage (actually that was bugged and the same as the master 1 damage they did make it stronger so its greater than that) and Dire Blade was 1094-1823 (master 1/2 again when it was bugged).. <div></div>

<P>Wow, great job guys! This is sure to be some very valuable information once we get it all filled in. I'll try to help flesh this out over the weekend, when I can check out my skill tree in-game. Can't say that I've checked to see if the older ones have less damage/etc than the next tiers Adept 1's but I will say that eventually the older ones will not be used since most people try to get adept 3's or masters of the highest tier arts.  Basically almost every art is upgraded every 14 levels so you can look at the level that it was given and see if there's gonna be an upgrade before the next expansion. As for my choises L14 didn't care so don't know what I chose. L24 Makeshift arrows - This is the only line that upgrading will matter when you get out of that tier. L34 didn't care so don't know what I chose. L44 Hidden fire - I had never upgraded it cause dps wasn't good enough before combat changes imo and the other 2 damage were adept 3 and I'm not a big fan of snare. L54 Haven't chosen yet but leaning to stealthy fire since our combat stance is based off ranged combat I think it'll be the best bang for the buck. So I guess what I'm saying is in the lower levels your choice isn't a make or break choice.  Just pick what you like or think will help you get to the next tier.  The only one I suggest looking at is makeshift arrows cause when you get stream of arrows at I think 55 now the 65 arrows every 10 minutes is gonna be major. <div></div>

<P>It is true that some if not all of our lower level Master Skill upgrades will be replaced either by a Master Skill upgrade or even an Adept version at a higher level, however those lower Master Upgrades will help you get to the higher level.</P> <P>My first post was true and tested as to what replaced what - Master II or even adept versions of an upgraded CA.</P> <P>IF we could get the rest of it filled out that would be great!</P> <P>Any help would be appreciated!</P>
