<DIV>I did a quick search and hadn't seen anything else on this yet...</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I was organizing my backpacks today, putting my random new arrows from makeshift arrows and rip back where they belong, that I had fulginate arrows.  I'm assuming this is coming from Rip, but I'm not getting them every time.  It seems to be somewhat random.  I started off with a stack of 5 fulginate (which I only found out were different when I tried to stack them on the others) and 51 feyiron.  I looked again a few fights later and sure enough, now I have 8 fulginate arrows and 55 feyiron.  I remember reading about getting to pull higher teir arrows with LU 13 so just wondering if anyone had gotten the same thing.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Just for info, in case this is normal and I'm just not aware of it, I'm lvl 41 and my Rip ability is adept 1.</DIV>

You have a skill called Primal Reflexes, which at the moment raises your Archery skill, which is what makes you a ranger, and when buffed makes you act like a higher level ranger (this is changing completely in the revamp, primal reflexes will be a 1-conc constant de-agro buff). What this does though is effectively make Rip cast at Tear level for the duration of the buff, so it will pull out fulginate arrows for a few minutes instead of feyiron. I like what they're doing in the revamp, which is giving us upgrades to Makeshift Arrows that will summon more arrows out of combat, while making Rip and Tear into more power-efficient attacks that just happen to give an arrow, instead of being our only method of acquiring tier-appropriate arrows for free. <div></div>

something i saw that was rather wierd, I just got this last night (lvled to 45 woot!)  at app 1 the CA gives me a fulginate arrow, but the adept 1 version gives a feyiron arrow, or well thats what the description read, not sure if thats true or not.  <div></div>
