Primal Reflexes

<DIV>Agreed strange..</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> Quick question..  Master 1 Primal reflexes buffs Archery, Stalking and recon by 15 so... you can in theory scribe skills that are 3 levels higher than you currently are..  Can you try and scribe a scroll from the next level up..</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I got master loot shield today that adds + 5 to Archery..  so in theory with primal reflexes +15 i should be able to use skills for level 54.. (if tey existed) </DIV>
