Best Armor at level 30?

I would tell you being a lvl 38 Ranger that you should go with what you like as far as stats. I consider my self a well rounded ranger that when with duoing with my wife's warden can tank in a pinch. I have gone with the Imbued Feysteel BP and Legs and feyiron elswhere. Is it the best, no but it lasts longer than 10 lvls when purchased at lvl 30. There is some nice stat Light Armor poping up but IMHo the good stuff isnt wearable until 38. I generally stick with what will last the longest to keep costs down to save for the 40+ weaps and items.  Your welcome to scope my gear via search.... hope it helps.
