Today I was mostly hailing NPC's while stealthed :)

It does seem pretty random. I have been able to hail several npc's while stealthed? Although more npc's don't react, so maybe it's just a matter of time for SOE to track them all down :smileywink:

<DIV>Yeah this is definitely random from what I have seen.  Example:  I finished up PGT on my Ranger this weekend.  When I hailed Obsid using Hager's, I got the message that I could not hail while stealthed.  But all the named centaurs at the camp spoke to me just fine while in stealth.  </DIV>

Hail Lord everling last night while stealth, and soloed him at lvl 44 in his room, but man casters can dish out some dps on us heh. a healer help me kill the sisters since they are pretty much casters, hard to kite since they become bugged on the walls if u try, but from the general to lord everling i did it alone, go go Power Rangers~!
