I've noticed this same bizarre thing happening to my Ranger over the last few days too. Not just this, but I will find myself suddently APPEARING in Stealthed Mode (Invisible) even whem I'm NOT Stealthed (I know I'm not because I'm still running at full speed and attracting monsters).

This weird backache thing is the worst though because it makes it difficult to run around until it clears up

Great picture by the way - Definitely made me laugh :smileyvery-happy:

ROFL, hey now, we're just [Removed for Content]. Amalia calls it my broken back, I call it my Gangsta Lean. She had a hilarious screenshot, I'll see if I can find it and put it up here.

BTW... not to intrude, Eranus... but whatcha wearin? I should be seeing Trade Link (AQ) pieces, or at least some form of carbonite chainmail. You've got some explaining to do, scout! Front and center! Just making sure. Now that I look at it, the XP bar doesn't even have the bulbs on the ends...clearly a shot from a while back. Not only does this graphic bug put a awkward arch in our back, but it also makes a god-awful limp that makes my toon look 50 years older. It happened to me on a raid once, kinda sucked. Not sure if other toons can see it or if its only the toon that has the graphic bug that can see it.

Other toons can see it. Ive seen other toons have it as well. One time it made me really slow. I started shooting mobs and trying to stealth and it seemed to eventually replace my back and speed was back to normal. Its a really annoying bug. Next time u do it, try sitting down lol your hands only move and go on your lap. Cracks me up

I used to get this all the time in dungeon zones where it was cramped. It usually happened when I was looking up killing a shrieker or something like that. It is a pain but funny as well. Elbryan Thadriel Ranger 38 Season EverFrost

For what it is worth, it seems to mostly happen only when the critter dies and the fight ends while you are in mid-shot with a bow (i.e., your toon leans back to shoot the bow, and the target dies, so he puts up the bow and forgets to stand up straight -- you mom always told you your face would like that some day, didn't she?). Anyway, most of the time, it will go away with the next combat if you make sure you go into melee during the fight. That is, it will not always go away if you just shoot your bow because you need a major position (stance) change to get the graphic to update you back to a standing position, and just shooting your bow does not seem to do that (which is what causes the bug to start with). Sometimes, but not always, going into stealth will clear it even if you do not go into combat. The main thing is that you need to do some kind of drastic posture change to get it to clear. Zoning or logging should clear it as well.

Either way, if it does not seem to go away on its own, all chiropractors are in Freeport because of the evil things they do to you on that table. :smileyvery-happy:

I've also seen a forward lean quite often, as well as the head-only above ground bug. Very disturbing to see a 'landshark'-style head crossing the Thundering Steppes.

That is very funny and seems to happen to me a lot actually. That and the arrow in hand. Oh yeah and I've been getting the stealthed graphic while not stealthed a lot lately also. Maybe I just have bad luck. Sometimes others in my group see it and sometimes they don't. It's one of the reasons why I always carry around my guise of the deciever or a sow totem. If you use it you will go back to normal. Or if you have somebody that can shapeshift you in your group have them cast it on you. When it wears off or you disable it yourself you will return to normal. It's annoying I know. Thanks for giving me a laugh. /mood happy
