Adept 3 question for lvl 50 rangers.

I was kinda wondering too, since I am not a raider nor harvester, I don't get too many rubies to use, but I do have one, just sitting on it. Ultimately, I am thinking Triple Fire, because I use it nearly every fight, and Storm of Arrows is a 5 min timer, and situational, if you have CC. Also reading the patch notes for LU6 states that Triple Fire will be receiving an upgrade to make it better than Triple Shot, and coupled with poison procs, a 1 min timer, and solo mob targetting, it seems the overall better choice to me.
