Reconnoiter? Is this skill broken?

<FONT size=2>I really don't know, without seeing the skill description and the upgrade description. If I understand your question correctly, it sounds like an ethical issue to me. If you know it's useless, selling it to another scout is deceptive to some degree. Does anyone consitantly use this skill at higher levels?  I still have it up on my hotbar, but I haven't consitantly used the skill for some time, and the buff didn't seem to add that much to my skills?  (on the ethical question, if it bothers you to sell to other scouts, you could sell to merchants) <div></div>

Well my question was is this skill really broken?  Or does it have some "hidden" value?  I am just wondering this cause since it's my first Master I loot as well as my first server first I feel almost connected to it in a way =+D.
