Forester's Instinct & Hunter's Instinct

Forester's Instinct increases Ranged and Stalk skills, Foresters Instinct increases Agility, and there is a myth being perpetuated that it increases movement speed.  So they infact buff 2 seperate abilities, therefore are stackable.
