What are YOU doing while your stealth is broken? :)

<DIV><FONT size=2>So for the time being, many of us have our out-of-combat stealth skills restricted / broken. Rather than idly sitting on our hands (paws) and moping, we enterprising rangers must...warn...others...!! (Wait..sorry, already did that. Anyway...)</FONT></DIV> <DIV><FONT size=2></FONT> </DIV> <DIV><FONT size=2>I solo'd on EL beach for a little while last night, that was alright. Those beetles are kinda tough at 28. </FONT><FONT size=2>I practiced my harvesting skills quite a bit. I ran a few errands, doing various turn-ins or quest stuff that was the "go to X and talk to Y person" kind of thing. I did group for a little bit in TS, just to help some ppl knock down a few griffons. The task was easy enough that I didn't need to worry about using Camouflage to scout or move through nasty areas. (BTW, watch for the swarm of bears by the west beach in TS, they're especially frisky this time of year.) I also spent some time cooking and talked to one of my business associates about the details of our poison-for-food trade. And then...okay, I'll admit it. I took my warrior alt out for a spin. [hangs head]</FONT></DIV> <DIV><FONT size=2></FONT> </DIV> <DIV><FONT size=2>What about you guys? Shelving your rangers til the bug is fixed, or carrying on in the face of adversity? Porbably just me, but I really haven't noticed much difference. I dont usually need to use stealth much, and when I do once is normally enough for awhile anyways. Granted, I rarely exp, even though I am 48, quests and such seem to give more than enough exp. I did go to CT for awhile, but mob aggro range is so low that noone needed to have stealth. Anyways, thats what I have been doing. I still would like them to fix it asap, just in case I find myself wanting it. Merkades, 48th Ranger. <div></div>

Well i logged in at 11:45pm kinda late for me to even try to get a group going since i go to work at 9am til 10 pm so i decided to harvest and tradeskill for 2 hours, took my ranger out to zek, went to the vallon valley to harvest, got aggro started to run , decided to arrow the hell out of the x2 mob(which should not have that tag cause its not tough at all) then tried to kill his sentries but ran out of power(silly me forgot to buy drinks) so i bit the dust, revived got my shard started harvesting again, got aggro again by the savage this time not centaurion, decided to take him down and started the proccess again, this time i killed the sentries first, but ran out of arrows for the savage himself, got rooted and watched me die in slowmo, got mad revive hit escaped bought some drink and food came back up and saw 3 lvl 35's get wiped by the same mob lol (they had no healer) heh. Laughed a lil bit kepton harvesting kill the loaders and got aggro from centaurion again, got mad ran to docks then to qeynos went to my guild hall(mansion) decided to set camp , logg in my warden and started tradeskilling for a while , my new alt needs some armor. Did it for a few minutes til i got bored and decided to logg main in and set up shop at 1:45 am . That was all last night weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee...

I group with the same good folks every night and did the same.</P> <P>We ended up cranking out SBD Heritage in about an hour total. Fun quest! Welcome change to the Rare harvest/Rare spawn/Rare drop that others have.</P> <P>Then we started on EE bag Heritage and got tired of waiting for Chomper to spawn so I watched some tv <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></P> <P> </P>

My wife has gained a lot of provisioner levels since Monday, but now she hit 30 and faces the fact she is on t4 recipes and can't stealth efficiently to the harvest spots.

<FONT face="Courier New" color=#aaff55>One problem I have is new zones and we are scouting out the place. Another is soloing, and getting a good first hit and the arrow supply is getting to be a tad low It's not that big a deal but it is enough of one to be annoying.</FONT>
