The DoT is there if you activate the HO with the respective skill.

You might try to open your fight with all melee debuffs you have though, starting with the archery ones as you can only get those in before close combat. Maybe that will make your fights faster...

Not sure if it'll help you but at 24 my normal method of soloing is as follows. Back shot, Wounding arrow, start backpeddling (make [expletive ninja'd by Faarbot] sure no aggro mobs are behind you) as opening shot goes through its warmup. Once opening shot hits stop moving. Impale (Debuffs mobs resistance to piercing damage) Macro (Solo Ho) /useability Lucky Break (Triggers HO wheel) /useability Corner (upgrade to Cheap shot) /useability Pierce (some people dont use this in the event Swindlers luck pops up and they want to flip their Ho using Evade, I dont bother since it didn't affect my dps that much but did screw me up on my timeing on what ability to do next) If the HO wheel doesn't complete you can take a second chance with Quick Strike. Macro (Stealth Strike) /useability Cheap Shot (Stuns mob) /autoattack 0 /useability Stalk (Stealths you) Shadoflame (Any position stealthed strike) Bleed (Dot) Rinse and repeat the first half usualy twice before the Stealth Stike is up (this tends to come up right before bleed is available. Make sure you do bleed AFTER the Stealth Strike because any dot will remove the stun from Cheap Shot on the mob and you wont get off the attack. At 24 Solo mobs up to an orange I have a reasonable chance of winning against, some blue ++ mobs I can take but I tend to take a break mid fight backup and hit them with another Opening Shot for the extra damage. Happy hunting. Draghixia Bladesong, Unrest

what level are you ?.. i found i leveled slow from 25-30 .. but 30-33 have been a blur.. at 25-30.. much in TS is blue/green/grey .. and much in EL/Zek is orange or red... not much XP in either category... your best XP comes from gorup encounters in the white/yellow range. If your 25-30 head to Varsoons and get in gorups there.. very good XP in Varsoons.

I found my lvl 29-33 levels to be very brisk due primarily to the rapid completion of the various shard and bone collection quests. Indeed, in Varsoons you find glowing and enchanted bones which allow you to complete those sets. There are 6 shards sets and 18 bone sets that become completable by hunting ?s at that time. Each quest yields 5-10% exp depending on your level at the time of completion/turn in.

I've never been able to get shadowflame off after stunning the mob, seems the stun allways runs out before i can get behind and complete the shadowflame. Maybe the macro will help.

Btw make sure you are using at least 2 blue con+ poisons while solo'ing, it easily doubles the output of your initial bow attacks.

2 poisons do NOT stack. anyone who has proof that they do post it.. but i've done testing and only one poison will work at a time (the last one you applied).

Just stealthed. Even without a macro, that means Stalk (or Shadow) > disable melee > Shadowflame. It works more often than not, for me. Don't bother doing it in a crowd, but vs 1-3 enemies it's effective. The stun attack is used with flanking or stealth attacks like Sneak Attack, Shrouded Strike or Shadow Lunge. Keep in mind that any DoT (a bleed effect like Leaping Cut or a poison proc) will 'break' the stun.

And yes, multiple damage poisons do not stack. You can apply the two at once, but the second application will only take effect once the first poison has worn off. (Least that's the case last I knew.) Good luck out there...
