<DIV>My Predator dinged lvl 18, and I went to Qeynos Harbor to talk to Arrell Silvertongue in order to become a Ranger. The only thing he does is offer a quest in Blackburrow. According to the manual, he's the guy to talk to. Did this change? Who am I supposed to talk to?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Thanks in advance!</DIV>
