Anybody calculated Power Usage for various classes in fights?

I see alot of complaints about the power usage that we Ranger have during battles. Has anybody taken the time to actually sit down and calculate out average power usage of Rangers vs. Other classes (such as wizard, warlock or bruisers?). I use statalyzer to compare damage per second, and using this data, you could easily calculate the power usage per fight. I will try to get some newer files to do this, but I have not been experiencing lately (lack of motivation) so lack current log files to parse.

As far I as know power usage is half the problem. The other half of the problem is our spells don't do enough damage. On a raid I've had tanks ask me if I had a death wish before because I was out of power before anyone else dropped below half, and I used twice as many skills as everyone else. I still didn't pull aggro, whereas assassins and monks do so much damage without using as much power than they're on the brink of getting aggro and don't use them constantly.

Thanks Troz I have a "feeling" that we will find that our dps is not only costly in gold but also in power. Go ahead and one star me....In the end hard data beats all!

<DIV>im lvl 41 right now and this problem has started to show up in the last few lvls, i have more pwr at the start of the fight then anyone else, even wizzys 2 lvls higher then me, in boss batles im oop by the time hes down to 80-85% health, i spend the rest of the fight hitting him waiting fer my manastone to reset just so i can hit him twice. if the wizzy is nice he pasess me some pwr. at the end of the fight ive almost killed myself with the manastone(sometimes i do kill myself...) and the wizzy still has 15-20% pwr. whats up with this? ive asked him and his arts use about the same amount of pwr, and he still does more dmg. this definetly needs a fix.</DIV>
