<DIV>It's sad for him, he finally got a Master skill and its not worth the paper its pinted on unfortunately, next time you see one drop, I'd offer to trade it in group immediately, only a Ranger that is completely in the dark would pay 1.95p for that.  Unless they tweak the skill to include increased ranged, or increase bow skill over your max.</DIV>
