Steady Aim Question

The duration of steady aim was increased to 15mins, which is awesome, but when it runs out or is cancelled the recast timer (5mins) starts over. I was just wondering if this was intended or not. From my experience this isn't how buff recast timers work, but what do I know?

<DIV><FONT size=2>That does seem odd. I don't remember having to wait for a recast timer on Forester's Insight or whatever the Instinct was that precedes it. (We have so many 'instincts' of various sorts, I cannot keep them straight.) But I may have just missed it when it happened, or the recast timer is short enough that I never noticed it.</FONT></DIV>
