Rangers and Robes

I was just wondering what robe's if any were a good choice to use as a ranger or if i should just stick to my medium armor, any links or quest information on a good robe would be appereciated.-Nefego Level 24 Ranger Runnyeye

Robes are good for running around town and harvesting in.Sure, you might be able to convince people that you are fine wearing a robe cuz you're behind a mob and don't have to tank it... but for the sake of the priest's power, you ought to wear the highest mitigating armor you can at all times. Is this really an argument you want to have with a pickup group? Or something to look back on when you go down (robe's fault or not)?I started wearing a Thick Woven Robe around a lot with the hood up... looked pretty nasty while up on my horse, but I've seen a lot of non VL people wearing robes now, so I don't do it as often... just when harvesting.I will definitely be working on a Robe of the Invoker, though. <img src="/smilies/283a16da79f3aa23fe1025c96295f04f.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /><p>Message Edited by Fennir on <span class=date_text>03-08-2005</span> <span class=time_text>03:50 PM</span>

Robe of the Invoker is the only robe even worth considering use, and 99% of scouts prefer to go with the armor since stats = more damage.
