Ok so this is a relativly pointless post as I'm sure we can all think of a 101 ways to fix (or make the class on par with the other non scout classes) Whatever we say here is obviously not going to be listened to, so this is just for fun. (bored at work) <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />I'm certainly not preposing stupid ideas (at least i feel not, be sure to correct me) or things designed to make rangers an uber class, just to make things fair. 1. One of the most common complaints heard is that we have to pay for our dps and as someone else said they'd never dream of charging wizard classes for each time they use a spell or a warriors sword wearing out every so many hits and having to buy a new one. Ok, so iknow we get makeshift carb arrows, but everyone states that these just don't cut it later on and that rip/tear is insufficient. The obvious awnser to this would be to have a level 31/41 version of makeshift arrows with each progessive version creating the required teir of arrows that we are expected to be buying to keep up.2. Fix the broken skills......like duh...(here comes the i'm no coder but, ..line) ahem, i'm no coder but, i'm sure as the skills are all pretty much cut and pasted it wouldn't be too difficult to adjust the number/effects slightly. 3. Non soloabilty ... its now a given fact that we cannot solo anywhere near on par with the non scout classes. Due to the agility nerf from highlevel groups stacking buffs. I very much doubt sony will ever go back on this. Obviously its way beyond them if they cant cope with the most basic of fixes for our class to make this only apply in certain situations to fix the problem rather than a blanket nerf even to those who couldn't get this advantage i.e soloers. Easy increase medium armour dammage mitigation like they did for light armour and heavy armour. Or give parry and evasion a non agility related boost.4. DPS. I can't personaly say i have much of a problem with our DPS, yes i know we suck compaired to wizards/warlocks, but hey ho. Maybe a few skills need tweaking here or there (hidden shot being prime example, stealthed attack on 60's timer that does much worse dammage than back shot which we get many levels earlier)5. Power consumption, I think slight tweaks are maybe needed to balance us with other classes in this reguard, after all we don't get any body to mind type buffs and some of our specials are horendous power drains. Thanks for indulging in my work fueled mindless ramblings.CV

<DIV>hows about introducing quivers too?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>save that scary mid-kite scramble for another stack, which leads to running into scenery and losing half your health as you try and tank for 5 secs. or is that just me?</DIV>
