<DIV>App III here, 20 arrows per use. I find that if I get down to one stack of 99 it only takes an hour or 2 of diligent activation when available to catch up to 2 or 3 spare stacks of 99.</DIV>

If you come in to QH from the mariner's bell, when you leave the docks you go under an archway. When you step into the city proper, you are on a bridge that covers a waterway. Jump into the water on the right and swim back under the bridge. Swim into the hole on the right. When you pop up, you'll be in the brokers 'hideout'. If I remember correctly, it's about a 20 second swim, but it's easy to get caught on the edges of the underwater tunnel, so be careful.

the App4 also gives 30 arrows, no need to find and buy the adept1

you can get the app4 from crafters, should be able to find one willing to make it for you, and should be much cheaper then the adept

<DIV>Makeshift Arrows, I'm pretty sure, drops in the Commonlands area (Nek forest, maybe?).  I bought mine from the black market broker (30s, thank you very much), and I've only ever seen it up -once- on the Qeynos broker (for 5g, no less).</DIV>
