<DIV>I'm wondering this myself.  I tend to keep both running as much as I can.  Tolan's Talent, I believe, adds more agility than Forester's Insight and the higher of the numbers are probably taken rather than adding them together.  Forester's Insight also adds a very noticable movement speed buff too, and I assume is still in effect when the two buffs are active.</DIV>

<DIV>From what I have seen is you can run both at the same time BUT the one that gives the highest stat bonus AGI for instance is the one that applies. They both offer other diffrent advantages such as increased tracking and increased run speed. I run them both assuming that I get the bonus increases but I yet to prove it. But I do know for sure the stat bonuses like AGI etc the highest one applies and that it.</DIV>
