Arrel Silvertongue/hallmark quest - problem/bug/issue? Help?

<DIV> <DIV> <DIV>Once I hit L19 and went to start my subclass quests, the first time I spoke to him, it did not check of the "I need to speak with Arrell" in QH task, and went straight to a ranger subtask - never acknolwedged the task (checked off) that I spoke to him. After I completed the ranger subtasks he gave me (stealth around BB, then the secret meeting), I got the reward bow, but every time I talk to him, it just repeated the text from that subtask! So, I rezoned, and now he just will not speak to me, and the "I need to speak with Arrelll..." is still not checked?  EXCEPT....when I look in my completed quests, it says "I have proved myself a Ranger" and thus it would appear I have completed the Ranger subclass quest.  So why is the "I must talk to Arrell Silvertongue" not registering, and what do I need to do? Do I just need to hit L20 and all will be right with the world? Or is it odd that "I need to talk to Arrel" is not registering still?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Help!</DIV></DIV></DIV>

<DIV>don't report this...you cannot be a ranger until you ding 20 so once you ding 20 you will become a ranger...just hold out and continue getting that XP</DIV>

<DIV>Who knows?  Just ding 20 and you'll be done with it.  It will probably update then.</DIV>

<DIV>It is defiantely a bug and should be /bugged even if you still correctly become a Ranger at lvl20. I have the same bug myself. I completed the quest and got my bow and the quest showed as completed in my journal until I got killed (darn yellow con bear) and then it showed as uncompleted again. This is clearly a bug.</DIV>
