Make ranged attacks use more than just a bow.

Although rangers "Traditionally" are bow users. SOE has pretty much taken out this role, and spread it over assassins and rangers (btw assassins can hit just as hard, and take aggro with a bow). Why not allow for all ranged attacks to work with all ranged weapons? Add some spice to the mix.

( i couldnt finnish last night ) anyway ive been useing my bow alot .. havnt found any adepts for the specials yet and only high for the highest of 118 w/ backshot .. ive heard that kids are hitting for up around 300 at my lvl and im guessing its because i cant find adepts so im hopeing im just like any other normal ranger out there w/ app skills and its not me.</DIV>

<DIV>Dude, you can buy App2 at a trainer.  Will see some bigger hits with it.  I see way too many Rangers with App1 skills.  14s is not too much to spend on App2.  And I see tons of Adept 1's fro sale on Unrest.  Just gotta search once or twice per day.  I've had hits over 250 with backshot.</DIV>

The low skills you get costs you 4sp, from level 20 or something they start to cost 14s for appII.

The EQ2 cookiee cutter ranger will never compare to my DAOC ranger DAOC makes the best archer classes hands down and they dont got the cookiee cutter feel like EQ2/Shadowbane/diablo2/horizans/wow.
