Yes, many many wood elf rangers on Lucan D'Lere.-I myself have a 17 Ratonga Predator going ranger and I also have a Half Elf Ranger

<DIV>The most important stat to Ranger is Agility.  Since we cannot wear heavy armor and tend to favor dual wield weapons, high agility is important for defense.  It also helps with accuracy.  And as scouts, our Power pool is derived from our agility.  Since Wood Elves have the highest agility, Ranger and Wood Elf go together like ... like ... well ...  like two things that go together really well.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>This does not mean that other classes cannot play Ranger.   It just explains why many of us who decided to be Rangers took Wood Elf as our race.</DIV>

I'm a dark elf ranger, but there are only a few of us around that I've seen. I'd say at least 70% of the rangers on Crushbone are wood elf. There are quite a few halflings, kerran, and ratongas as well and a sprinkling of the other races. Not that they don't exist, but I have never seen an Erudite, Barbarian, High Elf, or Gnome ranger.
