<DIV>jboot is an item from the first eq .. that they implimented in this one as well .. jboot stands for "Jurney man's Boots" .. a quested item in eq1 that when right clicked gave u a speed buff for a short while.</DIV>
<DIV>the Jboots, or Journeyman Boots, are speed enchanced set of boots. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>There are 2 different ones in this game. The first was a gift people got for pre-ordering the game. I have them. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Their is also a quest to gt the Heritage Journeyman Boots, which should be faster than the pre-order variety. Currently working on that quest :smileyhappy:. If the Heritage boots are anything like EQ1's boots, the run speed should be close to SOW speed.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV>

Jboots in EQ1 were not even close to sow..but it was nice for those who couldnt pick up the speed..The heritage quested boots in EQ2 are straight up own....and they stack with pathfinding/sow so its really easy to get away that way..or ranger kite if you like that sort of thing
<DIV>Just curious, is it really worth picking the "pre-order" jboots for your Ranger? Was wondering on the differnce between having pathfinding, etc, and jboots and pathfinding (and jboots alone). Curious about the differnces in speed when wearing just boots and no pathfinding, boots and fully speed buffed, etc. Thanks!</DIV>
