Anyone know what quest gives out Bows for a level 13-20

Ive seen this one bow its orange to my level its called gregorys bow or something like that where do I get one of those.

<DIV>There is a quest for a bow called Deadeye in the Vermin's Snye.  It is a random drop quest from a chest.  It has decent stats and I think a bit better than Gregor's.</DIV>

I had to kill 5 hawks in the Forest Ruins, and when I returned to Gregor, he gave me his bow.
