Good Secondary Dual Wield weapon for 18-22

Bah....I saw him last night, but I didnt want to risk it, so I left him alone.

Dragoons dagger... I wield two at 20... They are +5 agililty +3 strength +15 power +13 health and do 5-16 damage each... Not bad that is a +10 agility from yer whand weapons and a +6 strength. Use umm they are good but sometimes a littel pricey/rare on market. I have no idea how to find them other then marketing, but that is how I get everything so...
