Forester's Insight broken?

What movement speed enhancement is this spell supposed to offer?I was reading one website where the person talking about this spell made it sound like the change in speed was noticeable, but with and without using Pathfinder, this spell does nothing other than raise Agility points.Opinions anyone?Or am I missing the new speed someplace?

maybe its just a placebo effect but i feel like i run a bit faster with insight up, would be tough to tell though, you would have to get a same lvl scout with no other buffs on and race in a lag free environment or something. It doesnt matter much to me, with pathfinding and escape we are probably the fastest traveling class in the game.
