It seems almost every time i cast it the spell cancels immediatly or the duration is about 5 seconds at most even if the icon stays in the maintained window at all. Is there something that causes this spell to cancel before its alloted duration has expired? Any information would be gratefully appreciated.</DIV>

Thats your upgraded snare.  Use it to slow down something thats chasing you, or like I do and use it after you pull something with a ranged song and hit it with something else while its on the move.  However, it will deactivate when the mob is struck with something else. <div></div>

<P>It does not.  FOr future questions regarding this, the examine information will say slows group by x%, slows group attack speed by x%.  It will break that number out (ne. Daro's).</P>

the thing is it also says it lowers the targets agillity, i cant see the point in it doing that if it gets broken as soon as the creature is hit.
