Tuyen's Chant of the Arcane

<DIV>Okay, in the test patch, if it comes live, it says something about Tuyen's Chant of the Arcane. I am a 50 dirge and I have never even seen or heard of this spell: what is it, where is it found, what level are we supposed to get it? --Kharter</DIV>

Tuyen's Chant of the Arcane is a training option upgrade to Death's Scent (the level 30 training option I think?). The more interesting part of the changes in that patch, however, is the note about Hyran's Angry Sonata. Ok, it was 3 minute duration before (stayed only in maintained spells window), disappeared when the fight was over, and had no apparent effect. I don't know about you guys, but I'm not so excited about a 10 minute duration debuff (or is it really a buff? Who knows!). If this is implying that they are also making the song actually do something though, maybe it is a good change.
