I mean with 4 point in harbing  and  jboots 50% is Most i can get   mystics are running at 60 and  etc. just think its time the Devs Actually  paid Attention to the Bards and not  screw with us. Give us some love. Or Nurf the run speed. There was supposed to be a run speed adjustment in the coming live update. Is anyone sseeing anything on test yet?

<p>Definitely needs to be addressed.  Bards were/are/should be the Kings (and Queens) of Run Speed.</p><p>And fix Zanders FFS.</p>
