<DIV>More likely Kian thats broken. Never observed if stuff like Dispatch increases damage on Kian when Kian is already running. What I do observe is that if the first hit is a crit, then ever hit after is a crit with same damage. So its more like the way DoTs work in this game. Its the first hit that decide the damage of the rest.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>To test this for real you would most likely have to do a series of tests on the same mob and average the numbers. Say 100 casts of Kian without Zander and 100 casts of Kian with Zander. I would expect there to be a diffrence, but marginal at best since this spell is lower tier.</DIV>

Nope, it worked with kian's at EoF launch, now it's back to LU13 standards where it adds to a mobs magical mitigation. GG.

The damage per tick is the same amount, but if the mob's miti changes, the damage from the dot does too, check it out : Cast kian then snare the mob, you'll gain some additional damage per tick. <font color="#ccffff" size="4">Bard stealth not working as described since LU 13</font><font size="4"> </font><font color="#ffccff" size="4">4 KoS AAs adding +1 defense</font><font size="4"> </font><font color="#ccff99" size="4">And now zander's not working</font> This is not someone ranting, the spell is not working as intended <span>:smileywink:</span> <div></div>

Old news Cielago, the surprise was that it actually worked for 2-3 days after EoF launch. It's back to the LU13 state now.

Indeed it did, added 3 dmg or so to our static DoT, not much, but at least it worked.We even get an AA line to "Improve" this buff, so it deffo needs fixing, and asap.

Honestly, I think they intended to add in upgrades to zanders with the expansion and then were just to lazy to do it.  What I dont understand is why if they dont want to add more ranks why not make it scale like the master strikes do being based on level.  That would solve most of our problems with the spell both landing on mobs and being effective at higher levels.<div></div>
