<DIV>So far I'm a bit underwhelmed by this tree. My own choices go toward the proc/bria increase, and the spell range increase. And on the other side increasing some down the debuff line, ending in the combat art reduction. On test now inspecting a dbuff after taking this ability says "decrease chance of landing combat art by 5%". That will add up to about 30% or so total. Might be significant in a raid environment. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>The shrill improvment is reducing cast time from 1s to 0.5s. Hardly anything to say hussah for.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Anyone have good ideas on how to use the new tree effectively for a raiding troubadour?</DIV>
