Duo PvP with a Swashy?

Troub good to duo with a Swashy?Would a Dirge do a better job with a slightly different utility set?Is a Bard a bad idea to duo with another scout - 2 Swashies together better than with one bard?GF wants to play a swashy but i'm not sure what i should choose to duo with her - has to have sneak.<p>Message Edited by Brand0n1 on <span class=date_text>09-04-2006</span> <span class=time_text>04:01 PM</span>

<div></div>Not sure about swashy utility, but dirge does have a cacophany of blades in the higher ish lvls. Increases attack speed by so much  of group members and inflicts so-much damage on each melee attack..Dont remember the details but it only has a minute or 2 recast (i duo a troub and dirge on pvp server with my fiance).. But both classes can buff melee classes well enough i believe.. Seems to be common belief around these parts that troubs buff casters better and dirges buff melee classes better...Personally i like the troubs utility Crowd control spells better then the dirges various utility., although the dirge health transfer is nice... Thats anothe thing to consider, is this pvp server or pve?  Probably didnt answer your questioin very well, but id say troub..of course im a little biased.. Now considering a druid now that i know about Smuggle..Warden/Fury?

To be honest a troubador is one of the worst people to duo with - if that in any way matters lol - because your buffs are at max effectiveness (word?) when you have a full group - but i would probably say a fury is a solid choice for a partner.  Troubs can be dangerous if pumped with heals  (like any other class lol) - but being able to keep those debuffs up and running and using your mana song to keep healer with mana is effective.<div></div>
