Am just curious if anyone of you found a smarter way then making several /target macros for persons you cast jester on! I think in EQ1 there was a command /RT which allowed you to traget the person, who last send you a tell, has anyone found something simliar?

Pretty plz. Me ,im a raid window targeter for JC. I'm also lazy with casting it and avoid casting it on other ppl when ever possible. If we are down to 1 brigand, or if a caster calls for it are about the only times i bother anymore.I give it to the conj/necro alot to speed shard/heart distrabution. In fact a /RT command would be sweet for me id could make them make macros telling me they wanted it thus allowing me to be even lazier. If you know this command plz post it or lets all beg for 1 to be added if it doesnt exist. Itwould also make it easier for the casters im always reminding to give me procs to do that (Some ppl just suck a remembering to give out buffs/procs after rez.) Ballads NPU-Guk

I use the F keys mainly. I'm always grouped with a brigand and some other dps classes and just alternate it between them. When other people need it (like a tank or healer) then I click on the raid window.

Scafloc pretty much summed up how I do it. Not sure there is a better way atm.

i have one target makro that normally targets the brigand. other than him i use the F-keys to jester my group. i very rarely use it on other toons. after all it has a 30s recast, i get to use it maybe 2-4 times in the average fight.

I have jester's hotkey and sitting next to it a macro that does "/tell %T Jester's on you! 40%...." and sitting next to that, a macro to target the MA in raids.

I use it consistently throughout a raid. If it's a really tough mob, I tend to put it on the MT's Defiler first since they have really long recast timers, followed by other healers if people are dying... Otherwise, assuming no other healing issues, I'll put it on any dps in our raid. I tend to use it on mages in my group as I cast PotM. Scout dps classes really like it too Bruisers as well... If the raid is splitting a mob I'll hit up the MA.

A lot of times it ends up going onto the dps people who a) I know, know how to control their own aggro and/or b) who aren't almost out of power and/or c) who I didn't just watch cast their dumbfire pets.

Also very useful at the beginning of raids to put on the candyman(s) in raids (Necro's/Conj's). Or if more than one person down, to put on a dirge or pally for rezzes.

I tend to switch it up really, if we need extra heals laid down I'll JC a druid of sorts, if we have trouble with bouncing aggro or I expect bouncing aggro I JC the main tank, if we need to burn down a mob quickly I do the same for the dps. Using it in this manner makes for having alot of macros though, so I generally just use the raid window.
