Aria spell line

<DIV>Is the nerf to the Aria spell line already in the game?  I noticed that my Aria spell still says it has a 30% chance of a proc.  Did they forget to change the description of the spell?  Or is this something that is happening in LU24?  The main reason I am wondering is because I am approaching level 36, and there's a new Aria to buy at that level... if it's worthwhile.</DIV>

The spell proc change was already put in game via LU 23 ~ 30% is just a number ppl are suppose to use to calculate the chance to proc based off the cast time of your skills... 30% is just for show now ~ not the actual % we are given on most of our abilities
