Spell choice at level 14

<DIV>What would you recommend for the level 14 spell choice? I saw choices for dps increase, power regen, an attack and another I can't recall. What level 14 spell choice would you recommend for a troub mostly solo at this point? </DIV>

Go with Piercing Shrill, especially if you're mostly solo.

I would recommend checking the broker and seeing if any of those options are going for really cheap at Master 1 level. If not, go with the dps if you're solo, if you group go with power regen.
