not until live update 24 hits the live servers (currently on test) and all spells/abilities will roll back to apprentis one, so you better be sure.<br ><div></div>

If LU24 hits and I am a "shell of my former self", what choice will I have?

Bards are a neutral class, so you cannot change class after betraying.Betrayal is NOT a mechanism for everyone to change classes. It is a mechanism to change your home city. Changing classes is just a byproduct of that, since some classes are good/evil only.<div></div>

<DIV>Alll neutral classes can become their counterpart too, so yes you can betray and become a dirge.</DIV>

<div><blockquote><hr>Trabbart wrote:<div>Alll neutral classes can become their counterpart too, so yes you can betray and become a dirge.</div><hr></blockquote>That was the original thought but then I'm sure there was a dev post contradicting it. I'd make very certain if this is true</div>

I belive what they said was if you betray as a neutral class and do not change classes you still repect to app 1 spells<br ><div></div>

<DIV>Even if I had the option to respec as a dirge I dont think I could do it, I have to many 60+ masters it would be a huge hit.</DIV>

Right now the betrayal allows neutral classes to change.  This is the current quest though.
