As far as I am aware you can't add more than 2 abilities to each macro? I tried to add my 3 AA line buffs to one macro but could never get it to work for more than two.

I also think it would be a good idea to create a macro for all the long recast spells like CoQ, CoR and Escape because I keep forgetting to cast Jesters Cap first to reduce the recast time. Something like this would be usefull but I could never get it to work:

: ; target_self ; useability Jester's Cap ; useability Call Of Qeynos

Can anyone can see anything wrong with this?

Instead of target_self, try /target Yourname (properly capitalised).

Does /target still work post PvP?

I still cannot get a reliable Macro to target any member of my raid other than myself.

I had a problem with this. My reason was that the name of the character you are trying to target needs to be entered in the correct case. i.e. Capital letters where necessary.

Hope this helps.

F1 is an easy enough way to target yourself... nice way ot hijack the " I am lazy ' thread i started about macro's LazicianCorrect me if i am wrong, and trust me I don't mind being wrong, but isn't the the Jester Cap timer only 30 seconds? and I know that Call of Overlord or Call of Qeynos is a 30 second timer, and if you have to cast Jesters Cap before you can cast Call, won't Jesters have expired before COO goes off?

Message Edited by Lazkraf on 05-09-2006 02:34 PM

Jesters Cap applies its effects to any spell you start to cast while Jesters Cap is still up. The spell doesn't have to complete before Jesters Cap is dropped. I am pretty sure thats how it works anyway. I do seem to be getting smaller recast times on CoQ by doing this.

You should try to put an emote between your 2 abilities, I'm not sure but I think without that emote, the 2 abilities are casted at the same times and then the second is not putted in the queue.
