Deafening Missile broken on this patch

Since the last patch the CA damage of this ability is not working as per discription i use my bow for extra damage when all my ca's are down, i have the best bow you can get for my level and im hitting for less then 20 dmg a hit using this ca. Easy test fire tin arrows at lvl 50+ mobs your ca should do the 200+ dmg and all other shots wont do any dmg i wont break 20 damage before it was doing the listed damage range on song. Even with good arrows i wont do listed damage i fired off 2000 and on my parser the dps under listed damage on the discription. <div></div>
