Alin's Serenade

<div>Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I seem to recall reading something way back regarding Alin's Serenade.  Apparently when they nerfed the T6 version of this spell (used to be 49% at adept III and now 40%) they did so because they wanted to allow the T7 to scale up to 50%.</div><div> </div><div>It's kind of a shame to waste time upgrading the T7 line past Apprentice cause the hate reduction (key component of this spell) doesn't change.  Hell, don't even get apprentice.  Use your T6 version. </div>

Only reason to upgrade this in T7 is to up the to-hit proc portion of the spell ( i think it's 140 or so), but the group de agro is still 40%.<div></div>

It's laughable to see Alin's Serene Serenade Master 1 going for 13+ plat (on my server there are two for over 20p).  Unless it gets changed in some remarkable way, I will never spend more than 1 plat on the skill... and I think thats generous considering the Adept is usually 30ish gold.
