<div>put 4 pts into it last night, when i look at the persona window I am still showing at 34%. is this a passive ability and shouldnt it have gone up?</div><div> </div><div> </div>
<div></div>They work. Both in my persona and in reality. With Jboots 53% or something.

They changed the way haste stacked a while ago. You can stack haste from an item and a spell.. but not 2 spells. Might want to double check me on that, but I have a feeling that's what is happening... which stinks because I would love to have 80% run speed <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

<div></div><p>The runspeed AA is not a passive ability it is a castable persistant buff. It does require you to cast it, if you go to your spell book and look in the general section (I think, its been awhile and I'm at work atm) you will find an icon for the runspeed buff.</p><p>Once you cast the spell you will get the effects of Selo's, the enhanced runspeed, and Jboots if you are wearing them.</p>

Droag swill FTW!! 80% runspeed<div></div>
<div>^^</div><div> </div><div>With Cheetah, AA, Jboots, I've broken 100% =) It's a lag fest, but well worth it, especially when you're on a pvp server. Droag swill ftw indeed =)</div>
