Problems with power song not regen power during combat

Something is not right ever since the last patch my party has been running out of power during combat and casters stop casting yet they dont regen power???.This seems to happen alot since last patch if i refresh the song during battle they start to regen power again?.

I've also noticed that it seems to not work on my character as I'll watch everyone else's power go up much faster (and I'm mid range in most groups for amount of power). I'd rather have them remove the spells and MAKE you recast them than what they have done which is to show your spells as up and functioning after mentor when in reality they remain at the mentored level for effectiveness. Not sure if this is a bug or not. I'm happy to just recast, but if it is a bug, it should be fixed (or at least mentioned so people know they will have to recast even if it doesn't look like they need to).</div>

I was raiding last night and it got to a point where I was very low on power. The fight was in the bag anyway so I used my last bit of power to put the haste song up and just auto-attacked for a while thinking I would gain some power ready for next fight. I didn't gain any until the fight was over, even with my adept III T7 power regen song up. Looks like something might not be working properly but it doesnt seem to happen all the time......

Yes sometimes it works sometimes it stops? last night our cleric kept running out of mana i watched his bar during that battle for some reason the song was not working on just him?? he was oop for 2 mins it was a loong battle he just stood there trying to get power back, good thing we had a backup healer.Something is causing power song to stop on certain party members, might be a buff/spell conflict of some sort not really sure.<div></div>

In-combat power regeneration is broken as far as I can tell.

Something weird is definitely going on, but I can't for the life of me pinpoint any specific.  I'm definitely not experiencing the same power regen as before.  It's a tad annoying.<div></div>

<div></div><p>I'm in class so can't reall check it out, but can someone run a couple  tests?</p><p>drop the mana regen song</p><p>Pick a grey mob, attack it but dont kill it. hit sprint to wipe out all power, see what the regen  is per tick, then start the mana song and check again</p><p> </p><p>then on another grey mob, start off with the song runnig, hit sprint again to wipe out all power and see what happens to the regen</p>

Hmmm power regen is not working right during combat im going to do extensive testing on this.Last night my group kept running out of power and they were not regening a single point of power back during combat??.

<div>Noticed the same thing last night getting Ozar to spawn in the Sanctum. I figured it was due to my regular grouping with an Enchantress and having become accustomed to not losing any power at all. But none of us were getting power back faster than normal. This was with a Mystic, Paladin and me in case it makes any difference.</div>

if you just recast it it goes back to normal. but thats just plain annoying. also i have had a problem where, in raids, my brias would just drop randomly. and no not from a dispelling mob. i would look up and its gone. a couple of my other bard and illusionist friends are having the same problem. anyone else|? <div></div>
