<div></div><p>Power is damage. Power is speed. Power is life.</p><p>But you get to pick enough traits so that you can get both power and health passive abilities.</p>

<div></div><div>Playing an Erudite Troubador: power, power and more power. I took power racial traits and personal traits. When grouping and playing power regen, I have a hard time going below 50% before the group calls a timeout -- which probably means I took too many power regen traits.</div>

<div></div><p>I always go for + health over + power. Hitpoints are godly in this game, they can mean the difference between living or dying more times than you realize. Also, at 62 I currently have 4500ish hitpoints and 3800ish powerpoints, that was taking every hitpoint ability when it came up and as you can see, power is still very high.</p><p>On one other note, aside from VERY long and very rare fights (i.e. raids against some very intense mobs), I have pretty much never run out of power even when I am running all my power over time debuffs.</p><p>In short, go with health upgrades.</p>

<div></div>For me, my main 3 debuffs, all Adept III...total at 102 power cost per a tic.My t7 version Bria's Adept III, puts out 41 power per tic in regen.So...if I'm running all 3 debuffs over a long period (ie raids and ring events) and Bria's...no other racial or personal traits or regen gear, it's 61 power per a tic that is lost....thats alot to me...For us power is not life...power = life to healers.We need power for maintaining mezzes if mezzing at all, maintaining debuffs for long fights, increased dps (not our class-defining feature anyways), and the new Jester Cap spell has a 22 power cost per 5 secs (approx. 26.5/tic). so if casting the Cap also, it's 87.5 power used every 6 secs.On the regular group grinds I have plenty of power. On long, drawn out raid fights I ask for power shards, use power potions, and stack as much Flowing Thought gear as I can.Now all that being said....I can't do anything if I'm dead...I can have a sliver of life and no power...and I'm still kicking and the buffs are still working, but the opposite doesnt work. i would stick with +max health and +health regen. of those two, pick whichever one is more appealing to you right now, and you can get the other one later on. as has previously been stated, i never, ever, ever, ever run out of power. i did ONCE, but it was because we were taking on a yellow ^^^ heroic named, then got attacked by a group of 3 white and yellow fpers midfight. i didn't go oop until after we had killed all 3 pvpers, and taken the named down to almost no health (i was using debuffs, attacks, etc. the whole time, btw). troubs rock with power regen song. =) take care!

<P>I dont really remember what i took but i think ifi would chose again id go for +++health ... The regens are worthless IMO .. i always have brias running and that does enough power regen . health regen is well ... not enough to be worth it ... more max power is nice IMHO beacuse i can could maybe get 2 or 3 more stuffs out before running OOP .</P> <P>I solo lots tho so more HP is my choice</P> <P>For raiders power regen may be best .. so they can keep the debuffs up long etc</P>

<DIV>Grabbing +HP % does not increase your natural regen. Natural in-combat regen is 1 point for every 10 levels. That being, 1 point for Level 1-9, 2 points for 10-19, and so on up to 8 for being Level 70.</DIV>

I take both regens. +max isn't as important in long fights, you really need the regen. I've stuck to mostly power. I run out of power all the time when fights get tough and long due to power over tme draining spells. The long fights are when you need them the most. so regen makes the most sense. Sure, hp stuff may keep you alive, but we're talking about one extra hit. What I'm saying is that when you would need the benefits of the traits the most, the regen traits help more. Unless you pretty much only solo, then go for +max increase as you won't run out of power by the end of that fight. <div></div>
