<div></div><p>I guess this qualifys as a bug, but Courtly Blade is an Insta cast, and the upgrade at 67 I got, Noble blade, has a casting timer.</p><p>Noble Blade Adept I does exactly 1 point of damage more than Courtly Blade Master 1, So with this, and the difference in casting times, theres not much of an insentive to use the new upgrade.</p><p>Seran</p>

This range makes this skill usefull, without the range (1) the application of the skill becomes limited (2) we loose one more ranged attack which are nice for times when there is more than one aoe to dodge and you are unable joust AOEs.</span></span><div></div>

Jester's Cap lists 30% timer reduction for adept I but only provides 23% reduction. A skill with a normal 10 second recast becomes 7.7 seconds.

<div></div>I've done /feedback on the lvl 62 charm song bug (it won't work against ^^^ heroics) to no avail. I sure hope that some Dev gets this on their list to fix!I had suspicions about our Serenade line, but did not have any data to back it up. I don't parse fights etc. so I don't personally have any hard data.<div></div><p>Message Edited by WooTastic on <span class="date_text">03-20-2006</span><span class="time_text">01:47 PM</span></p>

I've mentioned these in the Achievements forum, but the Bard WIS line of AAs needs some serious help.Harmonizing Shot: The damage on this is FAR below every other Tier 2 Bard AA attack, and it's secondary ability (deagro) is not as beneficial to Bards.Harbinger's Sonnet: 6% at Rank 4 seems very low. Could use an increase.Allegro: 3.4% spell haste at Rank 4 is a joke. For a Tier 4 abilty this one is completely worthless.<div></div>
I agree Allegro is way underpowred to the point of uselessness, even at rank 8 it only provides 6.8% reduction, and an ability needs to have at least a 10 sec cast time to be a differance (and no combat spells are 10 sec cast time, an donly in combat is where this ability matters)As for Requiem of Reflection at level 70 its beyond useless, its change to reflect i believe is close to 43%(or 49% eiter eay less that 50%) But the devs have completely ignored us on this ability from the start so i doubt it will ever be changed or even comented on saying something like "the spell is ment to be useless now shut the [expletive haxx0red by Raijinn] up before we nerf you classe some more"<div></div>

<div></div><p>Known bug - while the level 20 and 48 charms permit movement while casting them, the levels 34 and 62 charms are (apparently) interrupted by movement.</p><p>I just hope they address this by making the 34/62 spells cast on the run rather than making them all interrupt... Until we get mez that capability is often the only thing preventing most troubs from becoming bloodstains, at least in my experience.</p>

<div></div><p>In addition to these bugs there are a few others I have noticed:</p><p> </p><p>Allegro resets when mentoring (Needs to be rebuffed to take its current rank effect)</p><p>Harbinger's Sonnet does this as well.</p><p>Bria's Inspiring Ballad for some reason or another tends to stop working and needs to be recast</p><p>Guviena's ____ Chant (whichever is the new one. Does NOT reduce the correct amount of mitigation since when you use your mental damage spells from thereafter ecspecially Perfect Shrill master 1 with 526 intelligence, only hits for 500-700?? doesnt make sense to me since without the debuffs i can land perfect shrill for 1400+ (including stacking on the T7 rare Int Hex Doll and Zanders Choral Rebuff making it a total of what nearly 4k mitigation debuff?)</p><p> </p>

Nother bug,Shroud will drop (seamingly random) when group certan group members move in or out of our buff range, (most notiable, SK)<div></div>

I think they just recently changed all the charm songs to move on the run. Recently (within the last month or so) my level 34 Bria's now can be cast on the run. Infact.. I wanted to test something on a creature to see if it was charmable, and when it was I ran back to move out of range (so charm would cancel) but it didn't~ I ran at least 50m away if not more and it still landed. (bringing a heroic even mob to me, causing me to splat =p)As a side note, is there a way to cancel a song while "casting" it?Since we can't move to do it =p<div></div>

You can map a button to do this. It's also one of the functions of ESC, taking first priority or second after clearing your chat bar.<div></div>

I mean, this has been broken now for a really long time. The level 20 version hasn't worked on ^^^s for at least 3 months, I only started bugging it a month ago when I heard/read that the 34 and 48 versions do. I'd like to set up a macro using 3rd party software to bug this for me because it's getting kid of old doing so nightly. But that would be against the rules, so I have to settle for copying and pasting out of a Word document. So is there some other way to communicate this that might get attention? We don't have the numbers that Rangers did, or we could flood the forums with hate-mail. :smileyvery-happy:</p><p>I've only had good luck with Serenade. My Troub is always in the exact same group. All I know is when I don't have Serenade up, the Warlock or the Illusionist will get too much hate frequently. When I do have it up, they never ever ever get hate.</p><p> </p><p>Well...</p><p> </p><p>unless the Pally dies. :smileytongue:</p>

Currently I think Serenade is working. The difference seems to be when it gets turned on mid-fight (though there are some who state otherwise). I'm removing it until there is some hard evidence that it's not working or people state group make-up and buffs. It didn't seem to work directly following the expansion release, but it seems fine now.

Also, it would appear the level 48 charm is what we would like to see: Can hit ^^^ mobs and allows movement while casting.

I can confirm 100% that level 34 charm works while moving. I have the master I version of it (shouldn't matter) and it works. Infact, it is somewhat broken in the fact that if I move out of range while casting it, it still lands. (Tried casting it from max distance then ran away for the 6 seconds it cast... still landed)<div></div>

<div></div>OK, I'll go in and confirm for all whether or not movement is allowed and whether or not ^^^ creatures can be charmed. For the range casting, that is actually as designed. They made a change a while back which let you be 1.5x the max range and still hit, as long as you were within max range at casting time.<p>Message Edited by Bassist on <span class="date_text">03-28-2006</span><span class="time_text">05:23 PM</span></p>

<div></div>I removed charm because of the following:<font face="Courier New">TestLevel 20 34 48 62Move While Casting No Yes Yes YesWorks on ^^^ No Yes Yes Yes</font>So, given:<ul><li>I know the level 20 has been that way since launch</li><li>We've been told many times by devs that it is as designed for the level 20</li></ul>I have removed the bug. My testing was not on high-level ^^^ mobs. If I find that after testing on high-level ^^^ it does not work, then I will bring it up because I know the 48 worked on orange ^^^. They resisted, but I didn't get the "Too Powerful" message.
