Where do you loot "Blackened Bracers of Obscurity"?

 Hello,bout 5 days ago i started a troub,and hes lvl  25 right now,i was looking through the program eq2db,and i found a item i REALY would like to find/go questing for.Now the problem is,i cant find a signle listing of the item anywhere other than on eq2db,and ive searched on google,and noone has it listed.heres the stats for it,if anyone knows where i could go looking for it,youd be a god saver,thxs.Blackened Bracers of ObscurityFabledAttunable+6 str,+6 int+24 health,+20 power+105 vs divine,+140 vs poisonChain armor(Forearms)Mitigation 204Level 30All scouts,Berzerker,Defiler,Guardian,inquisitor,mysti c,paladin,shadowknight,templarEffects:Applies divine feedback when equiped   When target is damaged this spell has a 5% chance to cast divine feedback on target's attacker     inflicts 18 divine damage on target.Thanks for help guys!<div></div>

One thing to keep in mind, armor with a damage proc can be a double-edged sword. When running through an area and a mob aggros on you, if your armor procs, you get placed into combat. That makes it significantly more difficult to get away.

i have a macro for my help key now, clears anything targetted and then immediately yells for help. this way, if there are multiple groups of mobs after you and the one in your target window is the one not locked into combat with you, you can still call for help

It will break all encounters locked on you</span></div>
