My Avoidance is about 5%!

I am guessing this is due to the chain armor I am wearing but 5% .... come on!  looked at a dirge I was grouped with the other day and he was about 20% avoidance and his armor did not seem all that much better then my own.</div><div> </div><div>Any pointers out there for getting this uped? Did you recently do alot of fast leveling? Try raising your defense\parry skills.<div></div>

<div></div>I think the info window gets bugged.  My wife's dirge had roughly the same equip as me yet her avoidance was extremely low and mine was rather high.  However, when she tanked it was obvious that she was avoiding more hits than what was stated.

<div></div><p>Yeah I have been doing some seriouse exp grinding (trying to stay ahead of the Freeport scum). I didnt know those skills added to the avoidance %. I thought it was counted as defense.</p><p>Maybe it is also a bug. I will check it out again when I get home</p><p> </p>

<div></div>Kulaf's advise probably won't work for you on a PVP server...  the "Gank Me" beacon will surely explode over your head.

<div></div>Any of the offshoot zones of Qeynos will be safe since Freport people cannot use the bells.  So go to the Caves and feel safe.

<div></div>Well apparently they have not implemented the bell "fix" so it won't work yet.  So just do it while you sit there babysitting your toon.

<div></div><p>I had this same problem, except my avoidance said 0%!!!!!  I was about level 16 and has leveled mostly on quests from 8-16 and my defense and parry were about 20 points away from max.  I thought it was a display bug but as i fought mobs my avoidance quickly rose and got to about 30%.  Need to keep your skills up.  I think my avoidance is at about 40% now with a roundshield at level 21.</p><p> </p><p>Spectred</p>
