Noble Blade: Bug

Wel, myabe not a bug, exactly, but certainly a change.Noble Blade is the lvl 67 upgrade to Courtly Blade. Courtly Blade had an Instant cast time. Why does Noble have a 0.5 second cast? Fix one or the other (my vote is for an Instant cast time on Noble).<div></div>

It could be that Noble Blade has a .5 second cast time in order to give it a 1/3-normal chance to proc melee attack procs.  (normal chance*0.5/3*2 attacks)  Now, what bothers me about this is that anything with a faster cast time has little chance to proc.</div><div>2. It could be that there are two locations in the data entry for the spell which indicate cast time, one for proc calculations and another for game effect.  If this is the case, I'd anticipate that having the same number for both, on this skill line, would thus be a bug.</div><div> </div><div>It's been ages since I even looked at Courtly closely so I'd forgotten it was instant rather than .5 seconds; it's always taken about half a second anyway <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />  That said, I <strong>have</strong> noticed that Noble takes longer to cast.  Generally it's not that big a deal since my dps isn't the most important thing anyhow, but it's a little annoying.</div>
