<div>Can anyone tell me how the Bump skill works? I cant seem to get the stealth to stick.Since your fighting, the stealth fades the moment it lands. so i thought i manualy put auto attack off. so then the stealth should hold right?Wrong!since bump is a combat art during a fight useing it wil put auto atack back on.So i thought ahead a step ferther.put autoatack off use bump and put auto atack off again. but that doesnt work ether.So how do i use this bump skill?Sometimes the mob dissapears and the hole group loses the target. But it surely doos not grand the caster stealth.perhaps if i make a macro with it. but what should i type then??? It would be practical that if after useing Bump i can use startling shriek.anyways. how do i use it like it is ment to be?</div>

<div>first off, this aa is still buggy as hell...</div><div> </div><div>at first i too thought it would put me into stealth to allow me to use my stealthed attack.</div><div> </div><div> </div><div> </div><div>i think what this actually does if, when it works, all combat is suspended for the duration of the spell. everyone loses target and combat goes inactive and we just stand around till it is over or until the tank or someone reinitiates combat. if you are fighting through the tank, u lose target of him as well. now if soloing, this is more than enough time to go into stealth and use your stealth attack. we had a theory that it is possible the mob forgets who it is after as well but since it was just a 3 man team, it was kind of hard to test as we were going after heroics. I will def experiment with it some more. I see alot of potential in this spell, but it is also highly annoying to use in a constant pull situation. i think at rank 1, i had a 20% chance to score 3-4 silver off 59 heroics. you remain in combat stance so combat is still active, just no fighting</div><div> </div><div>if/when it lands correctly...</div><div>i can see it being used to help reset a bunch of timers or bring timers closer to being usable. especially if u follow it with a mez. what i like is everyone is suspended and has to manually retarget so they wont break a mez. dont know how dot's effect it yet. or used as a less reliable backup mez when soloing if the mez fails. i usually have to hit a stun anyhow to keep from being toasted so might as well spin behind and get this off and hope.</div><div> </div><div> </div><div> </div><div>i have not tested against group pulls to see if it suspends the whole encounter or just that single mob.</div><div> </div><div> </div><div> </div><div>Group thought we were bugged for abit cuz combat kept getting interrupted till I explained i was playing with an AA. I setup a macro to give them some warning and we had a good laugh over it.</div>

Woot, we got an <a target="_blank" href="http://eqiiforums.station.sony.com/eq2/board/message?board.id=stat&message.id=265&jump=true">update</a>. For those of us who didn't get Bump, does it work as described now? Do we have to turn off auto-attack to keep stealth?
