Where to find/quest lvl 20-22 weapons and armour for troubador

My gear is lvl 10 brokers are down need quests in FP and area for weapons and armour for my scout/troub no idea where to look for aq.It sucks to see immune every time i wack a heroic ^^^ named.<div></div>
