Where can I get chain armor as I level?

<div></div>Well the title of the thread says it all really. I am new to EQ 2 and I have heard often that at every "tier" there is a group of monsters that drop a set of armor suitable for each class. So what I am wondering is where can I find chain armor at each level tier? Preferably chain and hopefully with the main stat on it being Int. =) As people reply the name, zone, and area within the zone of the monsters that drop these sets I will update this chart! 1-20 = Anything you can get, often freeport/qeynos looted chain. doesnt matter much at this level.20-30 = Armour quest armour or crafted.30-40 = Cant remember40-50 = Ebon, just spend some time mining in rivervale etc and youll soon find the ebon you need.50-60 = Cobalt, takes a bit longer to collect the full set as Sinking sands is often very busy with miners. Theres quite a few drops/quest items you can use though so no real rush if you start raiding then get any fabled you can.There are no real must haves just get any items you can with int, str and agility but for utility purposes stuff like haddens earring is useful but not essential.<p>Message Edited by Jalek on <span class="date_text">02-07-2006</span><span class="time_text">09:30 AM</span></p>

<div></div><p>Hit the Broker and do some searches for armor with INT that can be worn by a Troub for the level range in question.  For player crafted you might have a hard time as you level and Armorers in a seemingly baffeling majority abandon the lower tiers of armor not realizing how much money they could make catering to the new player and alt equip market.</p><p>Player made Armor, Common and Rare</p><p>20-39 Iron Chain or Steel Chain</p><p>30 - 39 Feyiron Chain or Feysteel Chain</p><p>40 - 49 Fulginate Chain or Ebon Chain</p><p>50 - 59 Indium Chain or Cobolt Chain</p>

Keep up the good work! I especially like the last reply with the quest set. I have a question though, do you usually grab agility/strength chain? or hold out for stuff with some int on it?
