<div>From what I can tell Breathtaking Bellow does absolutly nothing to a PvE encounter.  I have hit grey encounters with it to lead off and they act like I haven't done a thing.  So apprently it is not flagged as a detrimental spell.</div><div> </div><div>So asside from being an easy way to increase Subjugation......does anyone else see any effect in PvE?</div>

<div></div>If your subjugation is high enough you can interrupt a spell caster and avoid being hit with that detrimental spell.  Occasionally it also procs Aria and always proc's precision for some mental damage.  Basically, it's a free spell with instant cast to ruin the fun of mobs.

<div></div>I guess I don't understand why the spell is not considered an attack in and of itself.  Take off any procing songs and go up to a grey encounter and hit them with it and watch them stand there like you did nothing at all.

<div></div><p>I Uses this spell on every encounter, the healers in a group ancounter for the most part.... I hate when the suckers are on red and then heal them self to orange.</p><p>As soon as I se the casting grafix on the Mob I cast it and if its down I stun the target making it almost no effort fighting Mage and preist classes.</p><p>I  love it.</p>

When you see a mob begin a casting animation...such as a ward or reactive heal use it, they will stop casting.<div></div>

Yup this is correct it does interrupt spell casting.   But for some reason since it is a 0 duration spell and has no other effect other than interrupting a spell that is being case(assuming that it doesnt cause a proc)  is this spell does not generat any hate at all.  Well unless the mob was actualyl casting when you fired it off.<div></div>

<div>I also use it all the time, and why not: instant cast and consumes zero power.  It's best to use when PoM is up in a group encounter (or when you want to interrupt a spell).  In fact, I think the retimer is less than 20 seconds, so you should be able to cast it twice for every time you cast PoM.  That yields delicious proccing action for no time wasted and no power consumed.  Casting this with PoM can easily produce 2,000 dmg on the encounter.  And if you have Bellow at adept III or better, you won't get resisted very often.</div><div> </div><div>It also blurs the vision of the enounter.  You can see the "debuff" in the MOB's target window.  I am guessing it lowers the MOB's ability to hit you, but this is only speculation.</div>

<div></div>I doubt the blur is doing anything right now or the spell would be flagged as detrimental and encoutners would agro if you cast it on them.
